Title: Vt Soldier Loses Job Over '92 Maritial Dispute

I believe the govenor was wrong in not pardoning this man:

The soldier, who requested anonymity to protect his two teenage kids in public schools, spoke openly with NewsChannel 5 about the 1992 misdemeanor for "Simple Assault-Domestic" for which he pleaded no contest and paid a $10 fine. He was ordered to undergo six months of anger management counseling, which he fulfilled.

I agree with you !!  Vermonters Pride themselves on Common Sense --- Your Governor is not using it in this case !!

I think he was just mad the legislature overrode his veto
