Title: Any Guestimates On When Bridge #10 Will Be Open

From what I could see last night when I went down to the village, looks like all they need is a few more coats of pavement and we are good to go.

I'm guessing we will be driving over the bridge this weekend.

Oh come on guys-you know they are not going to be working that late on a Friday before a holiday weekend. My gut instinct is actually next week opening but nobody  wants to hear that. They didn't look all that busy when I went by today. They doing guardrails or anything besides blacktopping?

Blow & Cote receives a bonus if they are done ahead of schedule (word has it).  I go with Thursday, at 4:11 pm.  I would think they would want to have it open in anticipation of the 4th of July traffic.

Why is the big hoe sitting on the asphalt with no boards under it NOT to mess up the new asphalt?

The word I heard was that as soon as the guardrails are in and secure, the road will be opened.
