Title: Some Photos Of That Unique Westford Craft
Post by: Henry on September 16, 2008, 07:05:26 AM
A short ways out of Westford, on Route 128, as you drive by the Pouliot Farm, just past the house you will notice some backyard fireplaces and a stone wall made out of flat stone. Stopped and took some photos of them as not something you normally see up for sale.

The first fireplace is made out of brick and the 4-sale sign I believe is something that Don used to dabble in a few years ago with iron

Next is a beautiful stone fireplace and to the left you can see some flat stones that he must sell also

Looking South is a flat stonewall

Taking a closer look, you can see an old iron plowshare that Don has incorporated in the stone wall

I pass them several times weekly and I had no idea these were for sale.  It's kinda hard to see the metal '4 Sale' sign at 50 mph.  I wonder how much he is asking?
