Fletcher -- Philip and Dawn Pelkey of Fletcher are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Pelkey, to Garrett Hartwell, son of Lewis and Melonie Hartwell of Shelburne.
Miss Pelkey is a 2004 graduate of UVM. She is currently employed at UVM.
Mr. Hartwell is a 1996 graduate of CVU. He is currently employed at FedEx Ground.
A wedding is planned for the summer of 2006.
