Police seek suspect in St. Albans assault
ST. ALBANS -- A supermarket employee was held up by a man with a knife Sunday, but the man ran off after a brief struggle, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
The attempted armed robbery occurred in the parking lot of Hannaford in Highgate Commons. the victim described the man as a Hispanic male, 18 to 20 years old, 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds.
