Fairfax - Tom (Tucker) Chicoine, 60, passed away in his sleep December 4, 2017 at his home in Fairfax, Vt. He was predeceased by his parents George and Theresa Chicoine of Winooski and a brother, Michael. Tom is survived by his only son, Jimmy Sweeney and his two grandchildren, four brothers: Steve, Jim, Peter, Philip, three sisters: Cynthia, Lydia, Mary, eleven nieces and nephews: Jay, Amy, Mike, Jake, Jessica, Leia, Michael, Luke, Max, Isabella, Nicholas. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
