Thank you to everyone who turned out to vote yesterday. A write-in campaign is a challenge for both the candidate and the voters, and I appreciated receiving enough votes to win the Democratic nomination and to be a candidate in the Republican race. I truly believe Fairfax deserves a Representative who works for our community and not for a party agenda. I will relinquish the Democratic nomination and continue to run as the Independent incumbent for Fairfax.
