This was a bit better than the old Judge Dredd with Stalone. Don't expect much outside some gruesome violence and action. Weak acting and not much character development. If you don't know who Dredd is, this movie won't help. I'd suggest watching the older movie first to get an idea of the backstory and then watch this one.

Agreed Nick. I started watching on TV and shut it off. Just blood and guts in slow motion.  I very much prefer Judge Dredd. ~MK
