State Police in Saint Albans are requesting assistance in locating Jasmine StFrancis (age 17)
who has been missing from a residential facility in Massachusetts since 6/9/2012.
She has family/friend ties to the area of Franklin County, but nobody has heard from her recently.
Photo and original info put out by Fall River PD in Massachusetts should be available soon.
Anyone with ANY information on Jasmine is asked to call VSP Saint Albans immediately.
