Title: Clesson Billado's Old Ferguson Tractor
Post by: Henry on October 13, 2011, 10:57:41 PM
Henry,

I am sending you some pictures of a very rare Ferguson Tractor.  This particular model is a Ferguson Hi F40.  They were produced by the Harry Ferguson Company from 1956 to 1957 and only about 8000 copies were made.  The tractor has spent it’s entire life in Fairfax starting at Clesson’s Farm on McNall Rd.  Gary Bushey bought it from Clesson and used it for a pulling out logs on his property he then sold it to a family on Buckhollow Rd.  I purchased it with a very badly damaged hydraulic lift cover and made the necessary repairs.

This tractor is a piece of American Farm History as well as Fairfax History.  I hope that members of the forum enjoy seeing it.

You are welcome.  My house is only a resting point for it.  The tractor is for sale and soon will be found by a deserving collector and restored to it's full glory.
