WINTER STUFF
Well, I got the call around 6:30 that there was no school. I went in for 7:30, touched up the classrooms, and was out at 11:30.
Storm was kind of a bust for us. Margie said Burlington got more snow than we did, and the wind didn't amount to much here in the village. I really didn't venture out, only to take Rex for his walk on the rec path, and went to the store.
I haven't even bothered to shovel the driveway, because there isn't much to shovel.
Can we have November back? I used to be able to go out and sit on the back lawn with Rex. I sat in a lawn chair, well, a plastic Adirondack chair, and Rex laid in the grass.
Sigh. Time for flannel sheets on the bed.
