SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 2/20/15 at approximately 0700 hours, Troopers responded to a single vehicle slide off on VT RT 104 just east of Toof Rd in the Town of Fairfax. At the time of the crash, the roadway was snow covered and AOT were out plowing the roadways.

Prior to the Troopers arrival, Fairfax Rescue advised that the male operator was unresponsive and was transported to North Western Medical Center where he was later pronounced deceased. There was no evidence or indication that the vehicle lost control or was speeding. At this time the incident is still under and the cause of death is still unknown.
