Post by: Henry on April 06, 2012, 06:18:55 AM

A scare last night outside a St. Albans convenience store.

Police say a woman was robbed at gunpoint.

It happened at around 11 o'clock outside South Main Grocery.

The woman pulled into the parking lot and was allegedly approached by a man carrying a gun.

He demanded cash and then took off.

Police say the suspect is a white man with a thin build, about 5 feet six inches tall. He was last seen wearing a dark green hoodie.

A similar robbery occurred in the same area last week, although authorities aren't sure if the two are connected.
