Title: Thanksgiving Trash Pick-Up

Casella will be picking up our trash on Wednesday and Saturday next week.
If you're scheduled for Thursday pick-up, it will be on Saturday.
Wednesday pick-up remains the same.

Uhh.. Nope! They came today in North Fairfax.  I happened to see the truck as I was coming home from shopping and got my bags out in time.

I spoke with them on the phone prior to the holiday.
They explained they had to keep an obligation for Friday
and would pick-up in Fairfax on Saturday.

I saw the truck here in town today also.

If I were a Thursday pick-up, I'd have my trash out tomorrow.
I'll try to call them now, why not.

On Saturday morning, call 1-800-439-3615 or 802-864-3615 for more.
That's the best I can do now.

Chris - They have very poor communication on these Thursday Holiday pick-ups as you probably remember.  I know in past years, depending on who answered you got a different answer - Oh Well, Glad my trash pick up is on a Wednesday.

This morning, they say Thursday's pick up is TODAY !!!

The communication on Trash Pick-up was sub par.  We didn't put our trash out on Wednesday before leaving town because of information coming from the selectboard that trash would be collected on Saturday.  I will cart the trash back to our garage and store it until Thursday.
