Yvan R. J. Langelier

Fairfax - Yvan Raoul Joseph Langelier, 86, went to join his wife Marie in eternal rest on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, with his loving family at his side.

He leaves his son Paul and wife Karen, and grandchildren Joshua & wife Jennifer, Kaitlin, Jacob, Benjamin, Joseph, and Luke, all of Fairfax.  He also leaves his sister and brothers, Lucie & Dosylva Larose, Ernest & Laurette Langelier, Rev. Germain Langelier, Leon and Felicienne Langelier, Rejean & Cecile Langelier, Maurice and Rita Langelier; and sisters-in-law Jeannine Langelier and Dolores Langelier, all of Canada.  He also leaves his brothers and sisters-in-law, Fernande Tougas, Laurent & Lillian Rainville, Jean Louis and Cecile Rainville, Paul and Lillian Rainville, Imelda and John Tougas, Therese Paquette, Jean Guy and Fernande Rainville, and Gilles and Claudette Rainville, and many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife, Marie Paule, brothers Fernand, Paul Emile, and Rosaire, sister-in-law Lucienne Langelier, and brothers-in-law Gaston, Robert, Bernard & Harvey Rainville, Rosaire Tougas, Paul Quintin, and Maurice Paquette; and sister-in-law Madeleine Quintin.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Marco and all the nurses and staff at St. Albans Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center for the excellent care they gave Dad and also to all his family and friends who spent time with him during the last few months.
