VIOLATIONS:                     AGGRAVATED DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND UNLAWFUL MISCHIEF

 

ACCUSED:                           JOHN PAUL CHASE                         

AGE:                                      35

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On June 22, 2013, at approximately 09:00 hours, Troopers came in contact with a female that indicated that she had been assaulted on the evening of Thursday, June 20.   The female had visible bruising to multiple areas on her body and was unsure of what to do.

 

A subsequent investigation led Troopers to a residence on Buck Hollow Road, in Fairfax, VT.  Upon arrival Troopers spoke with the accused, John Paul Chase, age 35.  The investigation provided probable cause to believe that Chase had committed the offenses of Aggravated Domestic Assault and Unlawful Mischief. 

 

Chase was ultimately Flash Cited to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court/ Criminal Division on Monday, June 24 at 13:00 hours to answer to the above charges.
