Title: VT-RT 128 DONE!!!

Looks like 128 is complete short of some small items. For someone who has been driving to work on this road for the past 16 years avoiding the holes, dips, frost heaves, etc. and watching the last two years of construction, I'm one happy camper!

Before I retired, I travelled that road to work for 40 years & the year I  retired they finished major improvements (1992).  The big improvements at that time was the Fairfax end.

I drove 128 on Saturday and it was terrific!
