Vermont takes a bite out of KFC. Burlington's Blodgett Corporation, which describes itself as the world's largest manufacturer of commercial ovens, displayed Tuesday the new energy-efficient grilling oven it developed over three years for KFC.
I have seen the adds for the Kentucky Grilled Chicken, but had no idea that Burlington's Blodgett Corporation would be the one providing the ovens - 5,000 of them.
