Title: Garbage pick-up

Can someone tell me who to call???? They didn't pick up my garbage yesterday....I was only a little late....and most times they don't pick up till late afternoon! I hate to have to have to haul it back in.

I believe originally they said they wanted it out there by 7 a.m. years ago.  Of course they never came to my hours that early nor did they to anybody else I know of.  They usually come between noon and 2 p.m., so I try to get mine out there by 10 a.m.
