Bruce McRae, BFA Music Director for the past 30 years, welcomes Mr. Sterling Weed, past BFA Music Director prior to Mr. McRae for 33 years at the BFA Centennial Celebration held November 21, 2003. Mr. Weed, at age 102 is the oldest active Band Director in the United States and possibly the world.
